Motrona provides Control products like Panel Meters, Process Indicators, Electronic counter, Tachometer, Frequency Meter, SSI Indicators, Analog input indicators,  IO Link  indicator etc.

Motrona displays and evaluation systems ensure a precise monitoring of Analog, Pulse and Absolute value information. The significant parameters of rotating and linear processes are precisely monitored, evaluated and displayed.

The units are with built facilities of niche functions, dual inputs, linearization & many more. Perform complex data manipulation such as summing, difference, filtering, linearization and totalization and comparison between input variables. Additionally, the digital displays provide up to four preset values for relay and transistor outputs.

Motrona products distinguish themselves by offering a high dynamic range, short response times and an input frequency up to 1 MHz. Display devices equipped with a serial interface  which allow operation and configuration using OS user software

Motrona Digital Panel Meters / Process Indicators

Motrona analog process indicators are known for short reaction time, precision, flexibility and configurable modes. Motrona displays are mainly used in the fields of automation and instrumentation in order to evaluate and visualize analog standard signals 0 to ±10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA.
A dual-channel versions allows users to display sums, differences or ratios of two inputs.
With Motrona process indicators the evaluation and display of variables such as inclination or angle and length are possible. Variables like acceleration, pressure, and flow can also be processed. Furthermore Motrona offer process displays with which the signals of strain gauges or strain gauge sensors can be processed.

Motrona Digital Electronic Counters

Digital counters from motrona are used in Industries in order to display, measure, calculate or control , sum/difference , total of variables such as counts, Quantity , Lengths, events, times or numbers . Motrona counters are known for short response time and an input frequency up to 1 MHz. Product range offers solutions from the classic pulse counter to multifunctional and extensively programmable direction counters, differential counters and preset counters with switching function, analog output , relay outputs and front thumbwheel as well as various outputs and interfaces.

Motrona Frequency Meter , Tacho Meter and Timer

Motrona is having multifunctional Indicators and Timers for Frequencies, Speeds, Times and are used in automation and mechanical engineering in order to visualize, record, calculate or control frequencies, times and (in the case of dual-channel devices) sums, differences or ratios. This results in applications such as tachometer, speed meter, sum-, difference- or ratio-display, baking time display, industrial stopwatch or counter.. The devices process the signals of conventional incremental rotary encoders, sensors, light barriers, proximity switches or length measuring systems.

Motrona Position / SSI Indicator

All SSI indicators of series IX342 – IX348 can be used for operation with extended telegram lengths from 8 to 32 Bits. The units now can handle any bit number within this range, with both, Master and Slave operation with Baud rates up to 1 MHz. As a very special advantage the customer can use the “Bit Blanking” function to split one SSI telegram into several display values and to convert the results separately to analogue or serial.

Position Indicators for SSI Absolute Encoders and Absolute Measuring Systems.

In conjunction with absolute encoders, absolute measuring systems or magnet sensors, the motrona position displays offer a cost-effective solution for displaying, recording, calculating or controlling variables such as lengths, times or numbers of units in automation and instrumentation – with all the advantages of motrona quality.

Motrona Field Bus Indicators

PROFIBUS and CANBUS Indicators are used for “on site” remote display of process data from the field bus. This is a simple operator units with front thumbwheel switches for easy remote setting of process parameters via field bus.
The following devices are suitable for the “on-site” display of process values and/or for simple remote setting of individual operating parameters to machines and systems, that networked via fieldbus with CAN-Bus communication.

Motrona Process Indicators for IO-Link

Displays from the touchMATRIX® series can be equipped with different options. The new IO option offers touchMATRIX® displays the connection to the IO-Link world.
With regard to Industry 4.0, the process indicator with IO-Link device enables e.g. the digitization of conventional analog sensors. This results in a variety of innovative features for standard sensors such as the transmission of status information, the configuration of the devices during operation or the digital evaluation and scaling of analog sensors. This saves retooling and commissioning costs. Thanks to extensive monitoring, weak points can be detected and repaired even before a machine downtime occurs.
